Our policy is simple: We'll ship almost anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico—for free. No minimums. No kidding.


Don't love it? Return it for FREE too. We mean it.


We stand behind our goods and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.


FREE SHIPPING on all orders, No Minimums


Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, COOVY offers free shipping on all domestic orders on our website. FREE shipping doesn't mean it should take a long time. COOVY understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.


We ship most of orders same day or in 24 hours using USPS with a tracking number, and often ship on Saturdays. However, we do NOT guarantee the speed of delivery, unless you pay for the USPS Priority Express Mail Service.


All international sales are final. For international shipping via freight forwarding companies, we are NOT responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments, once the shipments are dispatched. Please confirm this before you place orders.


Please note the following USPS Postal Holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.




Although our prices are surprisingly low, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Free returns and exchanges valid on full price items in US only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discounted items. The Weekly Specials and Closeout sales are final. If you need to return, just go through the easy return process below. All FREE return and exchange requests must be received in 15 days. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 


If you need to return, please follow the simple return instructions below:


  1. Go to My Account, navigate to the Completed Orders and click on the Return Item(s).

  2. In the next screen, select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. Click on Submit Return Request.

  3. Once we receive your return request, we will email you a postage prepaid return label.

**There is a 10% Restocking fee, if returning more than 3 items. Please ensure your sizing, before placing a large order.**  


** If customer abuses our free return policy, we have a right to refuse full refund. Before you place a large order, please make sure your sizing by ordering one or two items first. Returns due to negligence may result in shipping charge or restocking fees.
