Fit Guide
For specific sizing, please CAREFULLY review the size chart embedded under each product. Scroll down each product page and you will see a size chart next to the red "Product Info". Some styles run small, please confirm the style-specific size chart.
Many of our styles are made with stretchable fabrics (e.g., polyester, nylon, spandex, etc.). This is especially true for the base layers. This means that these styles are generally flexible in terms of sizing. For example, if a M size lightweight base layer tights showing a waist size of 27, this tight may fit a waist of 25-29. If this is yoga pants, then give plus/minus 1 inch. The room for the stretch depends on the "elasticity" shown in the "Fabric Info" right above the size chart. The higher elasticity, the more flexibility. There are styles that do not stretch. These items (e.g., style PS08, AP02, AP03) must be selected with a careful sizing.
If you are unsure about your sizing, please contact us here with your measurements, body shape, activities you plan on with our style, and preference on how tight (or loose) you would like.
For Men, please see the size chart below:
Your Coovy/ATHLETE garment should sit on your body with supreme comfort. Tights should fit securely without 'cutting in', while Tees, Shorts and Tanks should feel light and free without being too 'baggy'. Certain styles, particularly those with in-built bras, are designed to fit securely around the bust, then taper out down toward the hipline. For optimal performance, be sure to select a size which offers you un-restricted movement when working out. With flatlock and low profile seams, chafe-free motion is assured.
If you’re near the borderline for sizes and wish to wear your compression garment primarily for recovery purposes or needs compression, choose the smaller size where possible. If you prefer a loose and comfort fit, then choose the larger size.
